Directions for Use:
Bath

  • Pour 1 - 2 cups of JC Botanicals Magnesium Mineral Soak Bath Flakes into a warm bath, swish it around so that it dissolves. Relax in your bath for at least 20 minutes so that proper absorption takes place.

  • We recommend that magnesium baths are taken two or three times a week until magnesium levels are topped up in the body, thereafter 1-2 times a week should be sufficient.

  • Supplement the magnesium baths with our magnesium spray if you are unable to have a bath as often as you require.


Foot Bath

  • Use 2/3 cup of JC Botanicals Magnesium Mineral Soak Bath Flakes for every five litres of warm water into your foot bath. Swish it around so that it dissolves. Relax your feet in your bath for at least 20 minutes so that proper absorption takes place.

  • We recommend that magnesium foot baths are taken two or three times a week until magnesium levels are topped up in the body, thereafter 1-2 times a week should be sufficient.

  • Supplement the magnesium foot baths with our magnesium spray if you are unable to have a foot bath as often as you require.

PRECAUTIONS: You may experience a tingling or itching sensation. This is not cause for concern. This is not an allergic reaction, but a normal reaction to the magnesium in people who are magnesium deficient. The reaction will go away after continued use as magnesium levels are topped up and optimised in the body.  If you have cuts or open wounds, wait until healed before using our magnesium flakes. If you experience redness or discomfort, reduce the quantity of flakes you use in future, to reduce the reaction. It is usually due to the high concentration of magnesium or its application to sensitive skin. The reaction will go away after continued use as magnesium levels are topped up and optimised in the body.​
